  1. About The License

This license agreement ("License") shall be made between "User" those who use the software (either personal or corporate) and"Programmer" Hiroyuki Hori with Pro-G group, Inc. ("Pro-G") for the software "TMPGEnc". To use the software, user shall be deem to have agreed to all the provision as following in this document.

  6. 1. Term of Use (for distribution) 
  7. User is allowed to distribute product including movie(s) made by TMPGEnc, under the following condition.

  9. 1) Display Logo 
  10. User shall display Logo and trademark of TMPGEnc on the product (such as manual or package.)

  15. 2) Obligation and consent to use software 
  16. User shall inform that (s)he use TMPGEnc to create (part of) a product if the product is going to distribute in public, and consent that Pro-G announce (mainly on the website) the fact that the product includes a piece of production made by TMPGEnc to the extent that Pro-G does not infringe user's copyright(s).

  19. 2. No warranty for user support 
  20. This License does not warrant any user support or bugfix of the software. Thus, user shall agree that limited user support is provided at public place such as BBS on TMPGEnc website irregularly.

  26. Copyrights of the software and it's component is owned by Programmer. It is copyright protected in any case under applicable copyright low.

  28. 2) Prohibition of redistribution 
  29. It is prohibited to redistribute the software and it's copy or components in any means.

  31. 3) Prohibition of reverse engineering. 
  32. This software includes intellectual property rights. Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compile are all prohibited.

Programmer and Pro-G disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software, the accompanying product manual(s) and written materials, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The limited warranty contained herein gives you specific legal rights.
